What is QuanTong Master?

QuanTong Master is a massage device for personal comfort and relaxation. Use it and compatible accessories according to the complete product instructions. Individual experiences vary.

Who must not use it?

Do not use if you have heart disease, including coronary artery disease; a history of coronary bypass surgery or coronary stents; a pacemaker, implanted defibrillator or other implanted electronic device; high blood pressure; diabetes or high blood sugar; or if you are pregnant.

Do not apply probes to the head, neck, mouth, broken or irritated skin, or so current crosses the chest. Do not use on areas with reduced sensation, infection or inflammation, while sleeping, driving, operating machinery, bathing or near water. Keep away from children. Read the complete safety warning and instructions before use. Stop immediately if discomfort occurs. Seek urgent help for chest pain, breathing difficulty or fainting.

Does it replace medical advice or treatment?

No. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. If you have other medical conditions, recent surgery, epilepsy, implants or uncertainty, consult your clinician and the manufacturer about the exact device before use. Such advice does not override the prohibited-use groups above.

Which languages does the control panel support?

The device operating panel supports Chinese, English, Spanish and French. These four device languages are separate from the language options on this website.

What voltage does the device support?

The documented input rating for model QT-68 is AC 110–240V, 50/60Hz. Use only the supplied or manufacturer-specified power cord, follow the product instructions, and verify the rating shown on the unit before use.

Which accessories should I use?

Use only manufacturer-approved compatible accessories and the specified power supply. Follow the complete instructions for use, care and cleaning. Contact us if you are unsure about compatibility.

Where do you ship?

We ship only to the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, D.C., for a flat $25 per order. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Saipan or the Northern Mariana Islands, other U.S. territories, military addresses (AA, AE or AP), or international destinations. Please review our shipping policy and return policy before purchasing.

Is the product return period the same as the commission review period?

No. Product returns follow the published return policy. Ambassador rewards must remain pending for at least 90 days after eligible payment and require manual review; day 90 does not mean automatic approval or payment. Pending amounts cannot be withdrawn, paid or redeemed as store credit.

How do ambassador rewards work?

Approved participants assigned to the paid program may earn a $200 direct referral reward per eligible designated-product order from a genuine end customer, plus five upstream rewards of $40, $30, $20, $10 and $5 respectively. No rewards are paid merely for recruitment. No joining fee, personal purchase or inventory purchase is required. Income is not guaranteed; participants may earn nothing and incur expenses. Refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, fraud or ineligibility may reduce or reverse rewards.
